Champlain Valley Head Start can support you during and after your pregnancy with our FREE Home-Visiting Program for Pregnant Women.

Services available in Addison, Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle counties.

We focus on your individual needs to help you and your baby get a healthy start. Our program has a flexible schedule. You get what you need when it works best for you.

What you can expect:

• Health Support: Learn about your baby’s growth and development, how to breastfeed, nutrition for you and baby, and postpartum care. Discuss delivery options and get your questions answered.
• Connecting You to Services: We help you find medical, dental, housing, and education resources. We also provide preschool, early education and care, and playgroup information.
• Infant Care Education: We teach you about infant care, safe sleep practices, activities to do with your baby, and more.
• Ongoing Support: When you join our program, your baby is enrolled in the Early Head Start Home-Visiting Program. This FREE program provides ongoing support for children and their families.
