When you join our program your baby will be enrolled in either our Home Visiting Program or our Family Connections Program, which provide ongoing support for you and your baby, including health and early education.
We provide services for the entire family through a collaborative model. Scheduling is flexible. We would be happy to share more information with you and answer any questions that you may have.
